The first subsidiary of today's EDE Group was founded in 1993 by Jürgen Baatzsch, co-founder of Redcoon.de. Since then, both customers and partners have trusted our consulting, many years of international experience and our extensive network.

In November 2023, managing directors Jürgen Baatzsch and Patrick Schüler founded the consumer platform Exxatron.com.
The launch of the online shop was a great success from the start, drawing upon their experience at Redcoon, one of the most significant online shops in the 2000s.
After a short time, Exxatron.com enjoyed a steadily growing customer base. The wide range of electronic products at attractive prices attracted customers from the entire German-speaking region.
Jürgen Baatzsch and Patrick Schüler succeeded in transferring Redcoon's success formula to Exxatron.com, thus setting a new milestone in their careers. Through targeted marketing and a user-friendly platform, Baatzsch and Schüler were able to quickly gain a large number of customers.
Within a few months, Exxatron.com recorded a revenue increase of over 200%.
The two managing directors were overwhelmed by the positive response and are already planning expansion into other countries.
