In order for us to process your complaint, please always fill out this form. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

After we receive your application, we will review it and provide you with an RMA number within 24 hours. This must be noted on your delivery note and return shipment to us so that we can assign it to your case. Unfortunately, we must refuse returns without an RMA number in the future.
